As the town gets ready to embrace all things maritime as part of Poole Maritime Festival, there’s still time for local people to get involved.
There are various opportunities available for local people and groups to play their part in one of the biggest maritime celebrations in Poole in recent years.
Talented and enthusiastic people are needed to support the Poole Maritime Festival team in delivering this high profile event. This is a great opportunity, whether you want to learn new skills, be active in the community, make new friends or you are just proud of Poole. You can sign up to be a General Volunteer or a Volunteer Manager.
• Friday 19 May from 12 – 4pm and from 4 – 8pm
• Saturday 20 May from 9 – 12pm, 12 – 4pm and from 4 – 6pm
• Sunday 21 May from 9 – 12pm, 12 – 4pm and from 4 – 6pm

Also if you love to dance, act, sing or just take part in a performance then Valise Noire Storytelling Theatre are looking for 35 enthusiastic volunteers to play the crew or act as stewards in a dynamic new outdoor performance – CARGO.
