Poole Carnival

The Poole Carnival for 2017 has been cancelled

The Poole Carnival provides a day of family fun and a carnival procession through Upper Parkstone to Branksome Recreation Ground.

The event takes place on 6th August with a procession which starts at the junction of Sea View Road and the start of Ashley Road.

It then makes its way along Ashley Road, proceeding the whole length towards Branksome, before turning left on to Alder Road and down the hill to Branksome Recreation Ground.

The parade will feature a variety of floats, marching bands, dance troops and entertainers, and of course leading the procession will be the popular Poole Town Crier.

Judging will be made along the route with presentation of awards taking place at Branksome Recreation Ground on completion of the parade.
