Live music, sunshine and noodles, Festival goers this summer will have more choice in terms of catering. Beyond the usual vans filled with deep-fat fryers and £8 burgers, look for Mr Lee’s Noodles kiosks at events both in and around Dorset and the biggest summer events.
CEO Damien Lee has developed a unique, authentic range in six gluten-free flavours – so far. The pilot scheme starts in Bournemouth shortly in time for national roll out and festivals later on in the year.
Students from Bournemouth University are already getting real-time marketing experience with the firm; volunteers are also being sought for a summer of fun.
