New Years Eve at The Christchurch Harbour Hotel

Evening celebrations will commence with a Champagne and canapé reception, before a Gastronomic Feast. Your evening will be filled with dancing until 1am, with a piper to ring in the New Year at midnight. Included as part of our New Year break package, or £125 per person for 6 courses.

Vegetarian options are available upon request.

AMUSE BOUCHE (V)

White bean velouté,
spiked with truffle

STARTER

TERRINE OF DUCK WITH DUCK HAM

Slow cooked duck, stripped off the bone, pressed into a terrine,
served with apple balsamic syrup and air dried duck ham

TO FOLLOW

SOLE AND CRAB

Fillet of sole, with salmon and crab mousse, butter sauce

MAIN

SURF AND TURF

Prime fillet of aged beef,
lobster ravioli, truffle emulsion

DESSERT

POACHED PEAR WITH HAZELNUT PARFAIT

Warm caramelised pear, crispy walnuts, hazelnut parfait, honey syrup

FESTIVE FINISH
