Saxon & Viking Falconry at Corfe Castle

Immerse yourself in the origins of falconry.

Learn about the Saxon Kings who enjoyed the royal sport of falconry. Find out how it was very different from the falconry practiced by professional fowlers and discover why Vikings were buried with their hawks.

Bird display, 10am – 5pm.

Shows (flying displays), 11:30am & 2:00pm.

This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.

All shows are weather permitting.
