Paul Swift and his first class precision driving stunt team return to the Wheels Festival this year in a never-before-seen show on the Demonstration Straight in which they recreate a chase scene from classic film, The Italian Job – complete with red, white and blue minis and a super fast vehicle dressed as a police car.
People who watch the video can then go to the Bourne4theJob web page where, over the next few weeks, further videos of the team’s recces along the seafront will be released.
Paul Swift is considered to be one of the best precision drivers in the world and has featured in many car adverts, films and TV drive shows.
Excited about the video release, 35-year-old Paul, said: “Festival organisers wanted something that would promote Wheels 2016 and our new Demo Straight stunt and precision driving show. These 1970s Classic Austin Cooper S’s, similar to the ones used for the original Italian Job, provide the perfect opportunity to perform similar stunts to those in the film but with a seaside twist. We had one very long day in March filming all the stunts and I am all thrilled with the final result.”
Whatever you choose to see or do at this year’s festival, one thing’s for sure – you’ll find adrenaline-fuelled action at every turn!
