Bournemouth Self Catering are pleased to offer this beautiful 3 bedroom Town House over two floors situated near the River Stour at Tuckton in Bournemouth and is just minutes from the river walks, Southbourne beach and local shops.
Furnished to a high standard the house can sleep up to 6 persons, with a King bedroom & en-suite, double bedroom and a single bedroom – the single can be configured with a guest bed giving 2 singles or a single and a travel cot. With a large family bathroom and additional cloakroom.
The contemporary separate kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials you could need on your holiday. There is a large lounge/dining room with patio windows leading onto a private patio.
Southbourne beach with its safe waters and golden sand can easily be reached via a short car journey and is popular with water sports enthusiasts. Tennis courts and a bowls club are also within walking distance. Bournemouth can easily be reached by a leisurely stroll along the promenade whilst the towns of Poole and Swanage are all within easy reach. Christchurch is a 5-minute walk away or use the river ferry to take you to Christchurch or Mudeford.
Likewise the rugged Jurassic coastline, the stunning New Forest and the beautiful Purbecks are all just a short drive away making this holiday house an ideal base for exploring Dorset.
All inclusive pricing with no add on – the price you pay includes holiday rental, all utilities and taxes, Wi-Fi, bed-linen and towels (not beach towels) and tea towels. They also supply a small welcome pack to get you started which includes tea, coffee, milk, fruit, cleaning materials, dish-washer tablets, washing-up liquid and luxury soap!
The house is non-smoking and has a personal safe and 1 reserved parking space. Please note that pets are not allowed.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental (minimum required £100.00) is required to secure the accommodation for the stipulated dates.
The balance of the rental plus a security deposit (the security deposit is returnable 7 days after departure) is payable 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
If 6 weeks or less to your arrival date the total rental and a security deposit are required to secure the accommodation for the stipulated dates.
The Rental is payable for the property for the dates stipulated and is for the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the holiday accommodation.
Normal reservations have a flexible arrival day, off-peak 4 to 6-night breaks are also available, minimum stays during peak period is 7-nights.
No one under the age of 18-years can make a booking unless it is for all family members.
Stag or Hen groups, or pets are not acceptable. Arrival time is 3.00pm, departure time is 9.30am.
Payments can be made using Credit/Debit Card through FabPay, they also accept PayPal & Direct Bank Transfer.
All bed linen, towels (not beach towels), tea towels, electricity, gas, heating, water, waste removal, recycling and local taxes are provided and included in the Holiday Rental (negotiable for long-term winter lets).
Broadband connection/Wi-Fi is included but not guaranteed and a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge subject to availability.
Someone will meet you on arrival to provide the keys; keys must be left in the property on departure. For late arrivals there is a key safe.
