The park sits overlooking Swanage Bay meaning it enjoys some beautiful views over the town, the sea and the Purbeck countryside. The Ballard Downs are clearly visible and the Isle of Wight can easily be seen on clear days.
The park has a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool, which is maintained at a constant 28 degrees. They also offer a range of classes including parent and baby and aquafit classes and if you want to enjoy a quiet swim without the kids then you’ll really enjoy the adult only sessions!
The superb restaurant/bar area serves a wide selection of home made food and has a regular entertainments programme with live music, tribute acts and dancing.

Or if you fancy walking that bit further then take the South West Coast Path towards Winspit, passing the stunning scenery at Dancing Ledge and Seacombe, the list of walks is endless!
The beautiful quaint village of Corfe Castle is just 5 miles away whilst the historic market town of Wareham is less than 10 miles away. The popular number 40 Purbeck Breezer bus will take you to both before heading over to Poole. Or if you’re just going to Corfe why not go in style by taking a trip on the steam train from Swanage?
Or head over to Bournemouth via the Sandbanks toll ferry, and if the weather’s nice why not go by open top bus? The number 50 Purbeck Breezer will take you from Swanage to Bournemouth via the beautiful village of Studland and the impressive Sandbanks. Alternatively there are various boat trip companies offering trips to Bournemouth and Poole from Swanage seafront.
And of course Swanage itself has plenty to keep you busy including a glorious stretch of beach, quaint seaside shops and cafes, the Swanage Railway, the pier and much more!
