Arbor is a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant at eco friendly The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth. Their team of chefs, led by Andy Hilton, are passionate about sourcing both classic and new ingredients straight from the farm gate and fresh off the trawlers.
Serving pastries and snacks throughout the day, a popular lunch menu, delicious afternoon tea and tasty evening meals the restaurant offers well-cooked, honest, uncomplicated but imaginative food, with a huge emphasis on locally sourced produce.
Dorset loves its gins, and its ciders, and its beers. Every season, our taste testing team (sorry - all positions taken) sample the wares of local artisan producers and choose the very best to be served at the Green House and Arbor. This summer, we've unearthed amazing gins, proper traditional ciders, refreshing ales and some spectacular British wines.
To show you why we love them so much, every Friday will be a happy Dorset hour, except it'll last from Noon till 6pm!. All local drinks on our list will be discounted. And just for good measure, we've thrown in a few specials from further afield, too.
