Dishes include fresh fish, caught and landed daily from Mudeford Quay, and seafood including local oysters, lobster and shrimps.
Situated in the grounds of the Christchurch Harbour Hotel, the restaurant is an impressive timber building with floor to ceiling glass walls providing a relaxed atmosphere and enjoying breathtaking views over the water.
Ingredients are sourced from local producers – locally caught fish, crab and lobster are teamed with fresh, seasonal vegetables to ensure the dishes are bursting with the freshest of flavours.
Keeping it fresh, seasonal and bursting with local flavour is their philosophy.
The Jetty is proud to support local suppliers, thus helping the community to sustain a healthy lifestyle and encourage a community chain, in fact 90% of their produce is from within a 40 mile radius!
They are also members of the MMO (Marine Management Organisation) which ensures that all the local fishermen they buy from are sustainable and operate within the parameters that they should.
