Travel By Car
Travelling South, Bournemouth and Poole are easily found via the M3, M27 and A31 or via the A35 if travelling from the East or West. Located approximately 100 miles South West of London the road links are excellent so getting here by car is a doddle.
Travel By Train
Bournemouth and Poole are well served by the UK rail network with numerous railway stations in the area including the main Bournemouth station located on Holdenhurst Road, the main Poole station located on Serpentine Road along with stations at Christchurch, Pokesdown, Branksome, Parkstone and Hamworthy.
Crosscountry trains provide an excellent train service to and from various locations throughout the UK. Many train operaters, including South Western Railway, provide a comprehensive service to London Waterloo with a journey time of as little as 1 hour 50 minutes. Many lines also serve Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke to the North and East, with Poole, Wareham, Dorchester and Weymouth to the West.
Other train lines serve destinations to the North with direct trains to Reading, Oxford, Birmingham & the Midlands, Manchester and the Northwest, Yorkshire including Sheffield, Leeds and York, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland. Of course most of the UK can be reached by changing at these or many other stations.

Travel By Coach or Bus
You will find many coach services to and from Bournemouth and Poole from many operators. All coaches and cross county buses arrive in the centre of Bournemouth and Poole next to the train stations in each town. National Express, Stagecoach and Megabus are a great place to start your search.
Bournemouth and Poole have an excellent bus service with regular routes to and from Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch. There are also buses which go further out of town to Salisbury, Swanage and the New Forrest so visiting the surrounding areas couldn’t be easier.
