Key West Bar & Grill on Bournemouth Pier has launched a new summer menu as it enjoys the heat wave!
The popular ‘end of the pier’ restaurant has kept old favourites such as the sharing fish platter, moules marinieres and pizzas but also added new dishes such as mac & cheese, Thai fish stew and Chicken Wings.
The extensive menu is proving hugely popular and is ensuring that Key West is a popular beach side dining option, not just with holiday makers but locals too. The menu also includes light bites and a range of childrens’ meals.
The resident chef advised, “We are really proud of our menu. We’re particularly keen to use local suppliers and fresh produce and this ensures that we are able to provide a menu that seems to have something for everyone.
“Proving particularly popular in the hot weather are the new and delicious Cream Tea Sundaes, made up of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, fresh scone pieces, strawberry jam and topped with Rodda’s clotted cream and strawberry sauce.!”
Bournemouth Pier Marketing Manager Sarah Hunter concluded, “We have also introduced an online booking system, where diners can pre- book and ensure that their table is guaranteed for their visit.”
