The BIC (Bournemouth International Centre) is an award-winning premier conference, events and entertainment venue located in the heart of Bournemouth town centre.
Whether you feel like a laugh with one of the country’s top comedians, a sing-a-long with your favourite artist or be moved by a compelling ballet performance, the BIC has it all.
Opened in 1984 it is one of the largest venues on the South Coast consisting of four halls – the Windsor Hall, Solent Hall, Purbeck Hall and Tregonwell Hall.
The Windsor Hall is the BIC’s main auditorium offering flat floored and tiered seating. As the largest it hosts everything from major pop concerts to political party conventions, sporting events to public exhibitions.
The Solent Hall offers a clear, functional space, with a great outlook over the bay. Some of you may recall that it used to house the swimming pool, which was closed way back in 2004!
The Purbeck Hall is a circular, pillar-free space with a high wooden domed ceiling offering an impressive space and fantastic flexibility for exhibitions, gala dinners and conferences.
The Tregonwell Hall is is a popular conference space arranged over two levels with a comfortable, air-conditioned, business theatre for seminars, launches and networking events
Some of the biggest names in entertainment have performed at the BIC and with a packed out events calendar, you are bound to find something to tempt you!
There are a number of car parks in the area, one adjacent to the BIC with parking for 650 cars. Please note that these are public car parks so can get full quite quickly.
Finally within the BIC are various bars and lounges serving a full range of beers, wines, spirits and speciality promotions.
