Be inspired by nature, in nature!
During this wonderful workshop, under expert tuition, you will be inspired by your natural surroundings in the stunning walled garden at Careys to make beautiful Tealight Houses with kiln-fired clay.
During the workshop, you will also paint your tealight houses with specialist engobes to give a matt or gloss finish depending on the technique and preferred finish. Your creations will then be taken away to be fired in a kiln oven and returned ready for collection from Carey’s Secret Garden approx. two weeks later.
Your ticket includes admission to Careys Secret Garden on the day of the workshop, free access to the Berlin Wall Exhibit after the event, and another visit with full access to the gardens on the date you collect your piece.
You don’t need to bring anything with you, everything will be provided, all you need is a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of inspiration!
Careys Secret Garden is approx. 5 minutes drive from Wareham Train Station, detailed directions will be sent to you with your booking confirmation…after all, it is a secret!
