12:45-13:15 – Lunchtime Chat – Join our research expert, Dr Sophia Hulbert, to talk about all things Parkinson’s, Exercise and Physical Activity
13:15-14:15 – Afric’Arts Drumming Circle
14:45-15:45 – Parkinson’s Dance the Musicals
16:00-16:30 – Pilates Relaxion
Refreshments and more activities will be in our friendly foyer throughout the day.
For people living with Parkinson’s, their friends and family. Health professionals with a curiosity about arts and Parkinson’s also welcome. Feel free to join in one workshop or stay the whole day.
