When can we camp? Camping at Farmer Palmer’s will be available on the weekends of 12th – 14th and 26th – 28th of August. You can stay for ONE or TWO nights, Friday, Saturday, or both.
Which facilities are available? Grass Field Camping: Temporary Toilets, Showers and Water Facilities. Marked out pitches with plenty of space. Pre-ordered breakfast to your door. Check-in at the Farm Park Shop until 5pm and self check-in if late. Tea time is easy because we can provide pre-ordered burgers, hot dogs etc. There’s a menu in your welcome pack! (TBC)
How much are pitches? Pitch up and camp at Farmer Palmer’s is £25 per pitch per night, £50 for two nights.
Do you allow Motor Homes? Yes we have space for motor homes, but no electric hook up sadly. We only have space for 3 so these pitches are available on first come, first served basis. We will provide an elsan tank.
What are the campsite rules? Sorry, no dogs due to close proximity to livestock Sorry, no open fires due to fire risk The campsite opens Friday at 12 pm. All campers must be off-site by Sunday 5pm Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult No hen/stag parties The site is not lit after dark so campers will need to bring torches All rubbish put into the bin liners provided and put in the bins provided please.
Why camp at Farmer Palmer’s? In Dorset it can be very difficult for campers to find pitches in August each year. We keep getting asked if we can open our field and we understand motorhomes, in particular, are finding it hard to book a quick overnight spot. So we’re providing this service to accommodate our Dorset Tourists and locals too!
How do we book? All bookings are to be made via Pitch Up with additional options to book tickets to visit the Farm Park and a breakfast hamper delivery direct to your tent/motorhome! Pitches are VERY LIMITED so book early to avoid disappointment. Full details can be found on the official Pitch Up website. You will receive a welcome pack on arrival with additional information and suggestions for events/places to visit in the area.
