Reggae on the Bay 2027 – Free Windrush & Reggae Festival in Dorset
Reggae on the Bay returns to Shell Bay Beach, Dorset, on 19–20 June 2027 for a free weekend celebrating Windrush, African-Caribbean culture, heritage, music and community on the beautiful Dorset coast.
This unique free family event in Dorset brings generations together through live reggae music, DJs, cultural workshops, storytelling, Caribbean culture, beach activities and opportunities to learn more about the history, heritage and continuing legacy of the Windrush generation.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Shell Bay Beach, Studland, Reggae on the Bay is more than a music festival. It is a community-led cultural gathering where families can come together to commemorate Windrush Day and celebrate the culture, heritage and legacy of the Windrush generation.
Expect live reggae, African-Caribbean culture, family activities, workshops, community conversations and plenty of positive vibes by the sea.
