WestBeach and Lyme Bay – Award-winning English Wines.

Sit back and relax as you join us for an evening of discovering your favourite wines. Learn about the unique flavours, the winery itself and food pairing to compliment the flavours on the evening of the 30th of January.

An informal wine tasting evening in collaboration with the local Lyme Bay winery. Each different wine will be accompanied by a uniquely created tasting dish to complement the drink. The evening will be finished off with our favourite Lyme Bay Rum.

Lyme Bay is an award winning, local winery based in Devon. Lyme Bay have been recognised in achieving the highest possible industry accreditation; the ‘British Retail Consortium Global Standard’. They take great care crafting traditional recipes into award-winning drinks by using inventive instincts and sense a of creativity to push the boundaries whilst aiming for the best possible quality every time.

Each wine, as well as the Rum, will be available for you to purchase afterwards.

Crab – Handpicked & rolled in smoked salmon cannelloni

Goats Cheese – Grilled with macedoine tubulars & pan roasted oyster mushroom

Goose – Rolled in aromatic spice with green tea soba noddle

Octopus – Grilled with pearl barley risotto, chives & Parmesan

Banana – Tart Tatin

The event will be held on the 30th of January 2019 at 7pm.

Tickets cost £40 per person and we require a £10 deposit per ticket to secure a space.
